Composition

Condensation heat recovery

It consists of an evaporator, a compressor, a throttling device and a two-stage condenser;
The heat of condensation is 0-100% adjustable;
The patented design prevents the evaporator from freezing. It can be applied to the low dew point system; the dew point temperature of -15 °C can be achieved, the dehumidification amount is large, and the energy saving effect is obvious.

Pressure equalizing silencer

A pressure equalizing device is arranged in front of the air inlet of the fan;
Combine the airflow to prevent airflow disorder, avoid surge, and reduce noise, so that the performance of the whole machine is better.

Aluminum alloy frame

The frame material is high-strength aluminum alloy, the surface is anodized, has very good anti-corrosion performance, and the strength is up to 2A (European standard EN1886).
The inner surface of the skeleton is insulated by a heat insulating material to ensure non-condensation under high temperature and high humidity.

Box

The box plate adopts sandwich sandwich panel, the inner insulation material is hard polyurethane foam or rock wool, and the inner and outer plates are made of galvanized steel with thickness of <120 μm and electrostatic anti-corrosion coating with thickness <100μm. Better. It can guarantee that there is no obvious deformation of the box under the pressure difference of 2500Pa inside and outside the machine. (The inner and outer panels are available in thickness and material. The thickness of the panel is 50mm75mm100mm150mm200mm.)

Fan:
Can choose ordinary centrifugal fan, wing type fan, also can choose vortex-free centrifugal fan or EC DC brushless fan, high efficiency, low noise;
Equipped with imported high-quality bearings, passing the strict static and dynamic balance test one by one;
Optional YILIDA, Kruger, ZIEHL-ABEGG, EBM and other well-known brand fans. Centrifugal or wing-type fans can be equipped with standard bearings, or according to customer requirements, designed to lengthen the shaft fan, the motor is over, optional oiler and other accessories.
Motor:
Use high efficiency motors;
Insulation class F, protection class IP55;
Use high quality brand bearings;
Optional Siemens, ABB, domestic high-quality brand motors.
